Description of Service: The Illustrious Hotel provides you with the ability to purchase advertising space in our suites in which your ads will be displayed within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Terms of Use: The Illustrious Hotel will not accept any ads that (a) contain any adult content, or lead to a site that contains or links to sites that contain any adult content of any kind; (b) are slanderous or defamatory; (c) are illegal in any way; (d) are violating any person's and/or company's trademarks and/or copyrights; (e) are promoting spam, warez, chainletters, hate, violence or discrimination against any ethnic groups of any kind.
Ad Removal: The Illustrious Hotel reserves the right to remove (delete) any ads that we deem to be inappropriate. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Ad Suspension: The Illustrious Hotel reserves the right to cancel any room bookings that do not conform to our guidelines. A cancellation notice will be sent to give you the opportunity to revise the content of your advertisement.
Results are NOT GUARANTEED: As with any advertising opportunity, your results are not guaranteed. Success with ANY advertising opportunity is a result of hard work, time and a variety of other factors. No express or implied guarantees of income are made when purchasing advertising space through the Illustrious Hotel.
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE: Advertising fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee a return
on your investment.
Change in advertising fees: The Illustrious Hotel reserves the right to change advertising rates at any time. This will be a reflection of growth. A notice will be sent to all registered guests before taking effect.
