Frequently Asked Questions ::..

1. How do I reserve a room?
You can reserve a room by going to guest registration or by clicking on any of the rooms on the hompage. Select the class of room along with the room number you desire.

2. How long will it take for my room to go live?
Processing of room registrations will be completed within 24hrs. In the meantime, the room will be reserved and therefore no one will be able to book the room. However, if payment is not received within three business days, the room will be re-released for registration. In the case of payment by cheque or money order there would be a grace period of 7 business days, but your suite will not go live until cheque or money order is received and cleared. All other payment methods should be made within three business days.

3. How do I change my banners and logos?
All Changes can be made in the user control panel.

4. Is there a tracking system in place so that I can monitor my clicks?
Each guest would be able to monitor traffic to their room in the user control panel.

5. How do I become a sponsor on the hompage?
To be a sponsor on the Illustrious Hotel homepage, you must first be a current guest of the hotel. You can then select the option to become a sponsor in the user control panel.

6. What are the payment options?
We currently use Paypal, 2checkout and cheque or money orders. Take note that Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover can be used with either Paypal or 2checkout. Please also see faq #2.

7. How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your membership at any time, however please take note that your cancellation will be effective after your 30 days have been completed as advertising is on a monthly basis. Once cancellation is received your account will no longer be billed. Please take note there are NO refunds.

8. I forgot my password, how can I reset my password?
To get your password reset, please email admin@illustrioushotel.com.

9. Can I book a room for more than a month?
Please contact our advertising agent, Cherisse Springer, at ads@illustrioushotel.com to make special arrangements so that you secure your room for an extended period of time.

10. Are these rates subject to change?
Illustrious Hotel reserves the right to change advertising rates at any time. Notification will be sent to all advertisers if there is an upcoming rate change. Rates will change to reflect our growth.
